Dr. Rodolfo A. Torres, Jr. is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He received his medical degree from PMC College of Medicine where he also served as Officer-In-Charge of the Student Council, Class Vice President, and Editor of Medic's Centerpoint and Founder of the Medical Mission Society. His Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology was earned at University of Santo Tomas where he served as a President of the Medical Technology Interns Organization and was named Most Outstanding Intern at Hospital of Manila.

Dr. Torres worked as a Staff Physician for Royal Oaks Medical Group in Titusville, FL for 14 years. He is also a Chronic Wound Care specialist and works at Parrish Wound Care Clinic in Port St. John, FL. He is also an Associate Professor at UCF College of Medicine. Prior to this he was a Family Medicine Staff Physician at Riverway Clinics in Anoka MN and Mercy Hospital Coon Rapids, MN. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at Hennepin County Level 1 Trauma Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. He also completed a Medical externship at Bayonne Hospital in Bayonne, NJ. Dr. Torres' experience also includes working as a Clinical Technologist for the Department of Diagnostic Immunology and Serology at National Medical Care in Rockleigh, NJ.

Dr. Torres is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, Society of Teachers of Family Medicine, Medical Education Committee of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Philippine Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Torres also holds certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation, Advance Life Support in Obstetrics, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
