Bruce Thomas II, MD

Dr. Thomas is the Medical Director for the LPGA, Senior Medical Consultant/Spring Training Physician for the Washington Nationals and Team Physician for the Brevard County Manatees. In 1997 he earned a World Series Ring with the Florida Marlins. He served as the Team Physician for the People's Republic of China Olympic Baseball Team at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, and is one of the team doctors for the US Olympic Medical Care Team.

Dr. Bruce Thomas, of Health First Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, was named recently to the International Golf Federation (IGF) Medical Commission. The IGF is recognized by the International Olympic Committee as the official international federation for the sport of golf, and is based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
