Jayde Malea George, DO
A native of Brevard County, Dr. Jayde George, D.O., earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She then went on to Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale where she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. Her residency was completed in the Osteopathic Family Medicine Residency program at Florida Hospital East Orlando where she served as both Chief Resident of her class for first and second year and Program Chief Resident for her third year.
Dr. George is Board Eligible by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. She is privileged to be able to focus her practice on all ages ranging from newborn to the elderly. As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, she strives to partner with her patients to achieve wellness and quality of life by focusing on education, injury and disease prevention and utilizes hands-on methods of diagnosis and treatment in conjunction with modern advancements in medicine. She specializes in Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy, women's health, sick and well child care and skin biopsies.
Dr. George served on a Columbia Medical Mission Trip to Santa Marta, Columbia, South America through Florida Hospital East Orlando Family Medicine Residency and the East Orlando Osteopathic Foundation. She also served the community surrounding Florida Hospital East Orlando by providing underserved students with school sports physicals.
She enjoys a variety of hobbies that allow her to spend time in the outdoors including surfing, running, snowboarding and air boating. But her favorite thing to do is spend quality time with her friends and family, especially her husband and daughter.
