Patrick Evers, MD

Hospitalist

A hospitalist is a provider who specializes in caring for patients while they are in the hospital. Hospitalists work closely with your primary care provider and frequently inform him or her of your condition.

When you require hospitalization, your provider or an Emergency Department physician will coordinate your admission with a hospitalist. The hospitalists are on site 24 hours a day and work closely with all hospital staff to coordinate your care.

Patrick Kyle Evers, MD is part of our Health First hospitalist team with extensive Intensive Care Unit experience. Dr. Evers completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA. He earned his Doctor of Medicine Degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Edison, NJ and his Bachelor of Science from the LaGrange College in LaGrange, GA.

Before his tenure with Health First, Dr. Evers worked as a patient advocate at West Georgia Health Systems in LaGrange, GA. In October 2016, Dr. Evers served on a Hurricane Matthew disaster relief team as a resident physician.
