Monica Elliott completed her M.S. Physician Assistant degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Biological Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin.

Monica is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Pain Medicine.

A Certified Emergency Care Attendant, Monica also holds certifications by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the DEA. She has her Florida Physician Assistant License and Florida Prescribing License.

Monica's most recent position was serving as Physician Assistant at Advanced Pain & Neuromuscular Consultants in Melbourne where she evaluated and treated chronic pain patients in a clinic setting. She examined patients and formulated treatment plans with various therapies for numerous pains including back and neck pain, RSD, extremity pain, fibromyalgia, phantom pain, trigeminal neuralgia and chronic soft tissue pain. She was able to order and interpret lab and radiology results, prescribe and manage medications, perform trigger point injections and perform post-op and pre-op evaluations.

Monica also worked as a Physician Assistant for Brevard Physician Associates, Health First's Holmes Regional Medical Center and Health First's Palm Bay Hospital. While in Texas, Monica worked as a Physician Assistant for Mainland Pain Consultants in Dickinson and for Coastal Gastroenterology Associates and Clear Lake Regional Medical Center in Webster.

Monica is proficient in Spanish and in her spare time, she helps to staff the clinic at St. Teresa Catholic School in Titusville to handle the medical needs of students.
