Lydia Crane, MD
Dr. Crane grew up in the small rural town of Pahokee, Florida. Her father was a general surgeon and general practitioner and her mother was a nurse. She was influenced at a young age by the caring rural practice her parents built together. Dr. Crane attended Florida State University as a psychology major. She received her medical degree from University of Florida and completed her residency program at Emory University and Atlanta Medical Center. In 2000, after completing her residency program, Dr. Crane began serving Brevard. Dr. Crane is a strong believer in preventative medicine. She enjoys battling patient obesity and educating her patients so they can become better proponents in managing their health. Dr. Crane genuinely cares for and provides an empathetic understanding of her patients.
In her spare time, Dr. Crane enjoys spending time with her loving husband and being a mother to her two beautiful children. She is very involved in the community and supports multiple charitable organizations. She likes boating, fishing, golfing, tennis and watching baseball.
