Family Practice Physicians Kimberly and Douglas McKee aren't just a great physician team, they're also husband and wife who share the Health First Physicians' Family Practice at 1071 Port Malabar Blvd. NE in Palm Bay.

The doctor duo were recently both listed in the Guide to America's Top Family Doctors, published by the Consumers' Research Council of America.

Douglas received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and Kimberly earned her medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Both served Family Practice residencies at Florida Hospital in Orlando, where Douglas also served an internship. Both are also board-certified Diplomats of the American Board of Family Practice and have served on numerous medical missions both in Guam; Kimberly also in Guyana, South America; and Douglas also in Kenya and Haiti.

The Consumers' Research Council of America, an independent research company based in Washington, DC, selects the nation's "Top Family Doctors" by using a point value system based on experience, training, education, professional associations, and board certification. Family Practice physicians with a certain amount of points qualified for the list. According to the Consumers' Research Council of America, the Guide to America's Top Family Doctors is a good starting point to finding a good family physician.
