Online registration available for 5th Annual Health First Triathlon
Health First and Space Coast Triathletes announces online registration is available for the upcoming 5th Annual Health First Triathlon, to be held on Sunday, October 7, 2007 at Pineapple Park in Melbourne.
The Health First Triathlon offers a scenic riverside course, perfect for the novice through the seasoned triathlete.
In an Olympic distance race, athletes participate in a:
- 1.5k swim
- 40k bike ride, and a
- 10k run along the beautiful Indian River Lagoon.
There will also be a sprint distance race, which will include a:
- quarter mile swim,
- 15.9 mile bike ride, and a
- 3.5 mile run.
There are multiple individual divisions, and relay teams are also encouraged to participate. Relay entries are available in the Olympic distance race only, and are very popular with businesses interested in entering corporate teams.
