Health First Health Plans Announces Vice President of Operations
Melbourne, FL - Russ Bradley has been selected as Vice President of Operations at Health First Health Plans where he will be responsible for operational leadership and process improvement for Customer Service, Billing and Enrollment and Claims.
With more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles in the insurance industry, Bradley has a successful history in making operational and process improvements, particularly in claims and customer service initiatives. Bradley most recently worked for Delta Dental in Pennsylvania where he served as Vice President of Claims Processing and DeltaCare Operations.
Prior to his years at Delta Dental, he served as Vice President of Health Plan Services Administration for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan where he achieved the highest J.D. Power member satisfaction rating over all regional competitors, a Medicare 5-Star rating and top HEDIS quality scores. Bradley has also served in leadership roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maryland, Principal Health Care of the Mid-Atlantic and Prudential Mid-Atlantic Group Operations.
Bradley earned his Master of Science from Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind., and his Bachelor of Arts from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania. He completed the Harvard Business School Executive Leadership Program in 2013.
