• Click on the desired Secure Health First Web Application above.
• When the initial dialog box requests user name and password, enter your assigned token user name* in the web browser field.
• To generate a one time password press the ON/CE button on the upper left side of the token.
• Wait until ENTER PIN (Personal ID Number) appears on the LCD.
• Enter your PIN** into the token keypad.
• Press the orange ENTER key.
• When RADIUS appears on the LCD, press the orange ENTER key again.
• Enter the password displayed in the token's LCD panel into the Password field of your web browser.

*  Your user name will be assigned to you through the Health First Information Technology Support Center. If you are unsure of your user name, please contact the support center at (321)434-5000
** Your PIN will be assigned to you when you first take delivery of your new token.
